S1.Ep.5 - Health: Handle It or It Will Handle You

 

In episode four, we had two fitness experts that highlighted the differences between fitness and health. As we wrap up National Nutrition Month, we wanted to continue the discussion on health and the importance of being proactive in taking care of your physical health.

You only get one body and it is up to you as the CEO of your health to do what you can to make sure your body is operating in optimal shape. When we choose not to do so, our health declines and it costs us not only in quality of life but in our finances. In this episode we discuss the many reasons why we should make our health a priority but also address some very real concerns of why health isn’t a priority.
